end of week 28

Can't believe it -- first week of the third trimester....I guess we're in the home stretch now! Belly (plus love handles) measures 39 inches. Still feeling really good. A little tightness is setting in right at my sternum -- maybe pressure from everything inside getting shifted around in there -- but its forcing me to sit up straight, so good posture isn't the worst thing that could come from the next few months! Tiny is kicking as I write this -- he/she must have really liked the maple scones we made for breakfast....

end of week 27

We forgot to post this last week....so here it is, end of week 27 (and last week of the second trimester)! My belly measures 38 inches, and I'm still feeling great. Lots of activity -- this kid is coming out a little firecracker!

end of week 26

Its been a little while since our last posting -- all continues to go well. Still growing and feeling lots of little (ok, not so little) kicks. I'm now at 38 inches and my belly button is pretty flush with my stomach -- I'll probably have an outie any day now. I'm feeling really good other than adjusting to some reduced lung volume. Gotta make room in there somehow!

After getting fat off croissants, cafe au lait, and duck fat fries, it took us a while to motivate off the couch to post these photos, but finally, here are the pics from our trip to Quebec.
